An important message to our customers due to the Coronavirus situation

At UVA LIDKÖPING, we stand committed to support our customers wherever they may be located. With things changing so rapidly relative to COVID-19, we share similar challenges to that of our customers, including restrictions on travel, access to factories, and a variety of recommendations and confines posed by national and local authorities.

While the health and safety of our employees and yours is our top priority, we focus on supporting you in the best ways. This includes an emphasis on how we can use different tools for video and group calls for new things and in new ways. All with the goal of supporting you and minimizing any disturbances in ongoing projects, start-ups or normal technical support. We also work to improve the possibilities for sales related meetings over digital channels to be able to continue to support your coming needs. Working together with our sales and service staff located in Asia, Europe and the Americas we will continue to serve our customers in any way possible. This includes service, spare parts, machine start-ups, new machines and upgrades.
